Departure from your accommodation at 8:30 AM towards the gates of the Grand South, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260 m), where you’ll have the opportunity to admire extraordinary landscapes.

Before reaching Ouarzazate, you will have the chance to visit the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its stunning architecture and rich history.

After the visit, you’ll enjoy lunch at the Kasbah, followed by the drive towards Agdez, along the left bank of the Draa River.

In the evening, enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation in a riad.

After breakfast, depart towards Merzouga via Tazzarine, crossing the beautiful Jbel Tizouguirene villages. Then, head towards Alnif through a vast rocky plain.

Lunch will be taken in Tazzarine, followed by the journey to Alnif and Rissani. You will arrive at the Merzouga dunes around 16:00. Enjoy 2 hours of free time where you can relax with a shower, take a dip in the pool, or simply rest.

At 18:00, embark on a camel ride to witness the stunning sunset over the dunes.

Return to your bivouac for a delicious dinner, followed by a peaceful evening and a night under the stars in a comfortable desert camp nestled in the dunes.

Wake up early to witness the unforgettable sunrise over the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, watching the mesmerizing shift in colors as the sun rises. After breakfast, depart for Erfoud, where you will have some time to explore the town and discover its local traditions, particularly its well-known fossil industry.

Continue your journey towards Tinghir, a city famous for its lush palm grove.

Enjoy lunch in Tinghir, and then spend the afternoon exploring the Todra Gorges, a stunning natural site with towering rock cliffs. This location has been the backdrop for several international film productions, adding to its mystique.

After a day of exploration, dinner and overnight accommodation will be at a beautiful and serene riad, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After breakfast, depart for Ouarzazate via the famous route known for its thousand Kasbahs along the Dades Valley, nestled between the High Atlas and Anti-Atlas mountains.

Admire the fortified villages as you travel through this picturesque region. You will then cross the Rose Valley, a beautiful town renowned for its roses, where you can enjoy the fragrant atmosphere and scenic views.

In the afternoon, you will arrive in Ouarzazate, where you will have time to explore the city and learn about its history and culture.

After visiting the Rose Valley, continue on to Skoura for a cultural visit to the Amridile Kasbah, located in the heart of Skoura’s palm grove. This kasbah is a great example of traditional Moroccan architecture and offers insight into the region’s rich heritage.

You will then return to Ouarzazate for dinner and an overnight stay in a comfortable riad.

Today, we will visit three UNESCO World Heritage sites: Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, Taourirte Kasbah, and Telouet Kasbah. In Ouarzazate, we will stop by the Atlas Film Studios, where many internationally renowned movies were filmed, such as The Jewel of the Nile, Lawrence of Arabia, Kingdom of Heaven, and Gladiator. After exploring the studios, we will continue our journey toward Ouarzazate, where we will once again stop to discover a hidden gem in the heart of the city: the Taourirte Kasbah, built in the 17th century and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Next, we will continue our journey to explore another fortified village, the former home of Pacha Thami Laglaoui, who long dominated the southeastern region of Marrakech through the Atlas Mountains.

Finally, we will arrive at your accommodation in Marrakech around 5:00 PM.
